Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to oversee day-to-day campus operations, provide academic leadership, and support students and faculty. The role includes classroom teaching up to 22.5 hours per week and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate holds an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred) with 3+ years in health care settings, strong communication, and leadership skills to foster a collaborative campus environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Directors must have an associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in health care or related field with clinical/administrative experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student retention and placement to meet program goals.
• Lead Faculty for Medical Assistant and related programs.
• Onboard new instructors and provide faculty training.
• Schedule externship site activities and follow-up evaluations.
• Collaborate with Career Services to complete externship requirements.
