Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director at the Lansing, MI campus to lead academic operations, supervise staff, and support students and faculty. The role may include 9–22.5 hours of classroom teaching per week and requires strong organization, communication and computer skills.

The AD drives student success, monitors retention, and partners with campus teams to ensure compliance, positive outcomes, and a healthy learning environment for all students and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in allied health or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in educational methodology, curriculum development, faculty management or classroom teaching.
• Management responsibilities including staff supervision, projects, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Monitors student retention and placement rates and supports staff with improvement plans.
• Lead Faculty for Medical Assistant and Medical Insurance Billing programs.
• Assist Regional Campus Director in identifying and interviewing faculty.
• Onboard new instructors and train faculty.
• Schedule externship site conferences and complete required paperwork.
• Collaborate with Career Services to fulfill externship requirements.
• Aim for high student retention and positive survey results.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold Ross values.
