Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Davison campus is seeking an Associate Director to provide academic leadership for Medical Assistant and related programs. The role combines classroom teaching obligations with management of faculty, onboarding of instructors, and coordination of externships to meet ABHES standards.

You will collaborate with campus staff and corporate partners to ensure strong student outcomes, retention, and a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in allied health field or related field
• 3+ years full-time healthcare experience in ambulatory setting
• Experience with staff supervision and faculty management
• Ability to interview and hire effectively

Responsibilities

• Monitors student retention and placement rates for all programs and assists staff with improvement plans
• Actively participates in new student orientation and assists with student equipment setup
• Serves as Lead Faculty for Medical Assistant and Medical Insurance Billing Office Administrative Programs
• Assists Regional Campus Director in identifying and interviewing potential faculty members
• Schedules and conducts student externship site phone conferences and completes paperwork
• Collaborates with Career Services to ensure externship requirements are met
• Aims for high faculty and student survey results and adherence to program standards
