Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a non-profit integrated healthcare provider in Arizona dedicated to behavioral health and substance use services.

The Medical Assistant will support care teams, maintain accurate patient data, and ensure efficient clinic flow while delivering excellent customer service. The MA will manage appointments, referrals, and follow-ups, and ensure HIPAA compliance throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant program required.
• Associates degree in healthcare or science preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Valid AZ Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for assigned team members and complete daily clinic tasks.
• Monitor and track appointments; follow up on no-shows and referrals.
• Schedule follow-up and specialty appointments and ensure HIPAA compliance.
