Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, seeks a Medical Assistant for the Onalaska Clinic. You will greet patients, take vitals, update records and assist clinicians in exams and procedures while contributing to a caring, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current BLS for healthcare workers required.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or Nursing program or equivalent with MA certification.
• Certification within 15 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Update patient information in charting systems.
• Take vitals during visits.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer injections and immunizations.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, nurses and team members to deliver care.
