Gundersen Health System is hiring a Medical Assistant for the Onalaska Clinic. This role is 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) with Monday–Friday hours between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.

No weekends or holidays, providing care to a diverse patient population and supporting a wide range of healthcare needs. You will greet patients, take vitals, update records, assist during examinations, and support physicians and nurses in delivering compassionate care.

Formación

• BLS for healthcare workers
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent and eligible for MA certification
• Certification within 15 months of hire date

Responsabilidades

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients with a welcoming tone
• Update patient information in charting systems
• Take vitals and prepare patients for examinations
• Assist providers during visits and procedures
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver patient care
