You’ll train alongside clinicians in patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative duties, in a cohort-based, mentored setting designed to build confidence and hands-on skills for a rewarding healthcare career beginning July 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Motivated candidates will train in a clinical setting.
• CCMA certification pursued within on-the-job program.

Responsibilities

• Support primary care team in Park Rapids Clinic.
• Assist with patient care and administrative tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship.
