Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year medical assistant, patient care support, or clinical office experience.
• Basic knowledge of ambulatory care workflows, vital signs, infection control, patient safety, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic clinical equipment.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients, verify information, obtain vital signs, and document in the medical record.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies for visits and procedures.
• Assist physicians with routine exams and patient care activities within scope.
• Collect, label, handle, and process specimens per protocols and safety rules.
• Support patient flow by tracking visit status and completing follow-up tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas and equipment.
• Follow infection control, privacy, and patient identification standards.
