Job summary

You will assist with patient exams, prepare patients, perform selected lab testing, manage specimens, and document in the EMR while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA or RMA certification or pursuing CMA eligibility.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams and prep, and support education.
• Provide clerical support and back up for coordination duties.
• Screen patients for preventative care needs and follow up on tasks.
• Perform selected point-of-care testing and document results in EMR.
• Floats to multiple sites within the system as needed.
