Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in Ramsey, MN to support providers and nursing staff in delivering timely patient care. You will room patients, manage flow, assist with injections and procedures, and document in the EMR as directed.

This 0.9 FTE daytime role offers a 9-hour shift (07:30 AM–05:00 PM), no weekends, and a $2,000 starting bonus for eligible external talent. A Medical Assistant program and BLS are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant program completed or comparable healthcare training.
• Externship hours minimum 160 hours for applicants with ≤6 months MA experience.
• Must be 18+ with required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and manages flow, collects data.
• Performs injections and assists with procedures.
• Ensures safety and maintains supplies and clean rooms.
