Formación

• CPR/BCLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a patient-first approach.
• Solid computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse patient populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and clinical support to ensure comfort and efficiency during visits.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and exam preparation; collect vitals and health information.
• Perform point-of-care testing and handle specimen collection and processing.
• Support physicians and nurse practitioners during procedures.
• Coordinate care instructions, calls, and patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems and manage referrals and lab results.
