Allina Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and nursing staff in Elk River and surrounding sites. You will room patients, manage patient flow, assist with exams and specimen processing, and help with front desk coverage as needed.

This 0.9 FTE role offers a 9-hour day/evening shift, no weekend rotation, travel up to 25 miles, and a $2,000 starting bonus for external talent. Travel and float pay are provided.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age and meet required competencies listed on the job description.
• Completed Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare education with similar clinical training.
• If MA experience is under 6 months, must have completed a minimum of 160 clinical externship hours.

Mansioni

• Rooms patients, manages patient flow and collects/records accurate patient information.
• Administers injections, assists with procedures and patient education.
• Maintains safe environment, cleans/stocks rooms and supports front desk as needed.
