Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care under the direction of the manager and physician in the Oncology department. The role requires school diploma, MA certification preferred, CPR, and multitasking with strong customer service.

Responsibilities include drawing blood, triage support, and collaborating with the care team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Regular daytime hours; no weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or completed.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred or active.
• CPR certification required.
• 2 years MA experience in a busy practice strongly preferred.
• Ability to draw blood and triage patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under supervision.
• Support triage and clinical workflows in Oncology - Baridi.
• Provide high-quality patient and family communication.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.

Expected Pay

$19.45 - $24.32

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
