Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This full-time, on-site position offers daytime hours with weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

The role involves assisting with examinations, taking vital signs, drawing blood, and documenting patient information in EMR. A Medical Assistant program and OK license are preferred, with BLS required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active OK state license preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

About The Role

The Medical Assistant is a vital role supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

The Medical Assistant will join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility – Oklahoma. This is a full‑time, onsite role with our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Positions include a daytime shift schedule and intermittent coverage for holidays, weekends, and rotating on‑call coverage.

Position Requirements

Education & Licensure:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active OK state license preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification required.

Experience & Skills:

• 1‑5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Fertility/Women's Health experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Flexibility:

• Willingness to cover weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
