Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Seattle, WA seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients on their fertility journey. This on-site, full-time role entails assisting with procedures, education, and EMR documentation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with up to 2 holidays per year and 2–3 on-call weekend shifts annually. Requires MA program completion and WA license, plus BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, up to 2 holidays per year, and 2-3 on-call weekend shifts annually.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to cover weekends, holidays, and work at various locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
