Your Role

Busy plastic surgery practice seeks an experienced Medical Assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine. Our state of the art office has a busy MedSpa and 2 state-of-the-art Operating Suites. We are seeking an experienced medical assistant with exceptional customer service abilities and who possesses core traits such as empathy, emotional intelligence and a sunny, outgoing disposition. Versatility, willingness to learn, exceptional teamwork and successfully managing multiple tasks round out our perfect teammate.

Here You’ll Get To

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients
• Assist aesthetic providers in our treatment rooms
• Reconstitute neuromodulators and prepare fillers
• Answer patient questions and concerns in a knowledgeable manner – explain consent forms
• Confidently explain cosmetic procedures, manage patient expectations and help plan post treatment care
• Clean and sterilize instruments for our treatment and operating rooms
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms
• Take excellent and consistent before and after photos
• Numb patients in preparation for injectables
• Gain knowledge of medical grade skincare & educate patients
• Prepare prescriptions for patients

We’d Love It If You Also Had

• At least 1 year of MA experience
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Experience with aesthetics or dermatology preferred

We are looking for the right fit in a candidate - skills and personality. Benefits available, salary hourly with rate depending on experience. This is a full-time position (36-40 hour/wk). The practice is open Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm. Your hours will be set in advance but may be varied based on what is needed given the practice’s staffing needs (eg. You may cover early hours some days and late hours other days. It will be a set schedule and not varied week to week).
