Job summary

At MCRM Fertility in St. Louis, MO, we are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. This full-time role supports patient care, maintains clinic operations, and ensures accurate medical records from check-in through visit completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a medical office, phlebotomy skills, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication.Experience in infertility or OB/GYN settings is a plus and a team-focused, compliant professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.
• Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow from check in to patient care area.
• Answer phones and greet, check in, and direct patients and visitors.
• Check and document vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out.
• Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
• Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in St. Louis, MO. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with one weekend shift in the OR per month (Saturday or Sunday).
