Qualifications

• Adherence to HIPAA, safety and sanitation standards.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate Lead Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO to help deliver exceptional care to our patients. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office required, with 1 of those years being in a Medical Assistant role.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.
• Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in St. Louis, MO. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with one weekend shift in the OR per month (Saturday or Sunday).
