Job summary

Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Medical Assistants for future clinic engagements in Greenwood, IN and surrounding areas. This role involves both front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation) responsibilities, with EMR systems like Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or NextGen experience preferred.

Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred; open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA, RMA, NCMA).
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty practice.
• Comfortable with front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation).

• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.

ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with outpatient clinics and physician practices across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Medical Assistants for clinic engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Medical Assistants in Greenwood, Indiana,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening - we are building a pre-screened candidate pool to match with our partner clinics.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA, RMA, NCMA)
