Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned staffing and consulting firm that partners with outpatient clinics to deliver people-first solutions. We are building a pre-screened pool of Medical Assistants for Somerset, KY and surrounding area; this is not an immediate opening but a pipeline for future opportunities.

Open to full-time or part-time positions, candidates should have MA certification, EMR experience, and comfort with front and back office duties.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred (CCMA/RMA/NCMA).
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty practice.
• Comfortable with front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation).
• EMR experience: Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or similar.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Open to full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk scheduling and patient intake.
• Document vitals and EMR entries for patient visits.

ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with outpatient clinics and physician practices across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Medical Assistants for clinic engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Medical Assistants in Somerset, Kentucky,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening - we are building a pre-screened candidate pool to match with our partner clinics.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

COMPENSATION
