Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in building a pre-screened candidate pool for clinic openings.
• Support partner clinics with candidate qualification and scheduling as opportunities arise.
• Assist with front office tasks as needed and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with Willingham Works to match candidates with outpatient clinics

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with outpatient clinics and physician practices across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Medical Assistants for clinic engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Medical Assistants in Munster, Indiana,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening - we are building a pre-screened candidate pool to match with our partner clinics.
