Job summary

Willingham Works is building a pre-screened candidate pool of Medical Assistants for clinic engagements across Kentucky and southern Indiana. This is not an immediate opening, but a pool for future opportunities in the Somerset area.

We consider MA candidates with front/back office experience and EMR proficiency. Certifications (CCMA/RMA/NCMA) are preferred; willingness for either full-time or part-time work is required.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA, RMA, NCMA).
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty practice.
• Comfortable with front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation).
• EMR experience: Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or similar.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Open to full-time or part-time.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
