Job summary

Qualifications

This role involves patient preparation, specimen collection, diagnostic testing, vaccine administration, prescription coordination, and collaboration with clinical and front office staff to deliver high-quality, team-based care. Must be available and willing to work in all SHHC locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Record vital signs, medical history, and other patient information in the EHR.
• Perform lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and administer vaccines as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and exam rooms.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide quality care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
