Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist in patient care under the supervision of the manager and physician in the Oncology - Baridi department. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays, and offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time and part-time staff. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR, and 2 years of MA experience in a busy practice, including the ability to draw blood

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred; CPR required.
• 2 years Medical Assistant experience in a busy medical practice preferred.
• Ability to draw blood and triage patients.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of the manager and physician.
• Perform blood draws and basic clinical tasks.
• Triage patients and direct to appropriate care.
• Work weekday days 8:30am–5:00pm; no weekends or holidays.

Summary:

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $19.45 - $24.32
