Job summary

Vascular Centers of America is seeking a Medical Assistant for its Brooklyn, NY vascular outpatient clinic. This full-time role supports physicians during exams, handles vitals, EKGs, blood draws, and patient prep.

You will greet patients, obtain medical history, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years MA experience and MA program certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Vascular or specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Experience with vitals, blood draws, and medication administration required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Obtain vitals and medical history
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Perform clinical tasks including EKGs, blood draws, and medication administration
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment

Full Time | 40 Hours Weekly

Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
