Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant in Naperville/Plainfield to greet patients, assist with registration, and support physicians during exams and minor procedures. You will help with immunizations, prescriptions, charting, and onsite labs, contributing to a warm, efficient patient experience.

Applicants should have a Medical Assistant certification, CPR certification, and prior clinic experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences courses.
• Active medical assistant certification through AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, or AAMA.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration and scheduling.
• Support physicians during exams, minor procedures, and dressing changes.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Process prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, and update charting.
• Conduct onsite lab tests (EKG, PFT, glucose, urine tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent customer service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
