Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL seeks a Medical Assistant to join our physician-led team. You will greet patients, assist with registrations, take vital signs and collect health history, while supporting physicians during examinations and minor procedures.

We value compassionate care, teamwork and a commitment to outstanding patient experiences. Eligible candidates may have MA certification and be willing to travel to nearby clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health-sciences coursework.
• Active Medical Assistant certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred or required by state.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures.
• Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections.
• Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing.
• Conduct onsite labs (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, warm examination rooms and provide excellent customer service.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $21.43-23.63 for a Medical Assistant; Certified or Registered Medical Assistant the base pay range is $22.97-24.57 , with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
