Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Behavioral Health team in Naperville, IL. The role is full-time with 40 hours weekly and an on-site focus, plus one remote day per week after 90 days in the office.

You will greet patients, support clinicians during exams, and perform essential clinical tasks, including basic labs and vital signs. A Medical Assistant certification is required or obtained during hire, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and completion of Medical Assistant program or related health sciences coursework.
• Active Medical Assistant certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA is required or must be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, measure vital signs, collect health history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor procedures, dressing changes, and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections when certified.
• Process prescriptions, update charting, and manage lab testing (EKG, spirometry, glucose, pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent patient service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
