Treasure Valley Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is seeking an energetic Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Meridian, Idaho. This role blends clinical patient care with front-office responsibilities and social media content support to showcase our services and patient experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Spanish-speaking is a plus; part-time schedule ~3 days/week with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
• Prepare and turn over treatment and procedure rooms
• Support plastic surgery and Med Spa patients throughout their experience
• Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and other front-office responsibilities
• Help create, capture, and organize engaging social media content
• Assist with photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for social media
• Contribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional content
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked clinical areas
• Help with inventory and day-to-day office needs
• Work collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and Med Spa teams
• Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional patient care and service

Treasure Valley Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated, and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment centered on exceptional care and service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented setting and will be comfortable balancing clinical care, customer service, front-office responsibilities, and social media content support.

This is a versatile position that includes both clinical Medical Assistant responsibilities and front-office duties, along with opportunities to help showcase our practice through engaging social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
• Prepare and turn over treatment and procedure rooms
• Support plastic surgery and Med Spa patients throughout their experience
• Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and other front-office responsibilities
• Help create, capture, and organize engaging social media content that reflects our services, team, and patient experience
• Assist with photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for social media platforms, as appropriate
• Contribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional content
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked clinical areas
• Help with inventory and day-to-day office needs
• Work collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and Med Spa teams
• Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional patient care and service

Schedule:

• This is a part-time position, approximately 3 days per week. Flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
