In this role, you will support physicians, clinical care, administrative team by assisting with direct patient care and addressing the heavy volume of In - basket patient messages and inquiries, including RXs, refills, Prior authorizations in addition to coordinating patient flow to ensure the efficient day - to - day operation of the clinic.
