Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Lone Tree, CO seeks a full-time Medical Assistant with phlebotomy duties. The role supports clinical visits, specimen collection, and patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Weekend work is required along with occasional evenings.

Qualified candidates have 6+ months in a physician practice, familiarity with EMR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fertility/OBGYN experience is a plus; benefits are provided for 30+ hours per week.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our Lone Tree, CO team. This full-time opportunity offers hands‑on clinical experience, the ability to work closely with experienced healthcare providers, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail‑oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding patient support in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:15 PM, with one weekend a month.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in‑house and outside laboratories.

Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
