Professional Case Management is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical research activities across our sites. The role combines administrative and clinical tasks under licensed professionals, including participant management, scheduling, and data entry in eSource/eISF systems.

You will assist with vital signs, specimen handling, and participant education in a collaborative, multicultural team. Qualifications include a high school diploma, CMA or RMA certification, BLS if not on hire, and

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA or RMA certification.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Previous clinical or research experience desirable.
• Proficient with electronic source documentation (e-Source) and eISF systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; good communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties include vitals, patient history, and basic lab tests.
• Admin duties include scheduling, participant flow, and data entry.
• Assist with specimen collection/shipment per IATA and regulatory SOPs.
• Prepare rooms and maintain equipment and supplies.
