Job summary

US Fertility is hiring a Medical Assistant for the Shady Grove Fertility location in Glen Mills, PA. The role supports fertility care through phlebotomy, room setup, patient check-in, and lab coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends as needed.

You will maintain electronic medical records, assist with procedures, and ensure supplies meet OSHA guidelines. A high school diploma and medical training are preferred, and strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills
• High school diploma required
• Completion of a certified or formal medical training program preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of phlebotomy using proper technique and universal precautions
• Set up, stock, and maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
• Document patient care services utilizing daily logs, electronic medical records, and appropriate outside laboratory forms
• Utilize the computer in entering labs and printing labels, ensure orders for lab work are in place
• Check patients in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect payments clinical care of fertility patients
• Set up rooms for procedures, take vital signs, obtain patient height and weight, assist with procedures as needed, clean and stock rooms and care for equipment according to manufacturer and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain patient medical records through the use of electronic medical records

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Eastern Time. Some weekends and holidays as needed with a 6:45 AM start time.
