KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care : Room patients, take detailed medical histories, and acquire vital information pertinent to the visit.

Support Providers : Assist the provider with both general and cosmetic visits by ensuring a streamlined workflow and preparing for patient treatments.

Communication : Work closely with the front desk and other supporting teams to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Efficiency : Help maintain a fast-paced, organized environment, contributing to an effective office flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care (preferred).
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Medical Assisting, Patient Care, and Medical Terminology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay : Starting pay is calculated using a scale that considers both experience and qualifications.
