Role Description

The Medical Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Frisco, TX. The Medical Assistant supports providers by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, documenting patient histories, and assisting with basic clinical procedures. Daily responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, updating and maintaining medical records, managing appointment-related tasks, and performing routine administrative duties in the medical office. The role also involves educating patients on visit procedures, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, respectful, and efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Assisting skills, including support for examinations, procedures, and basic clinical tasks.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology to accurately understand, document, and communicate clinical information.
• Candidates should possess experience in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, front-desk support, and coordination of patient flow.
