• Administer treatments and monitor patient conditions.
• Handle front-office support including scheduling and phone duties.

Skills

Active certification (CMA, RMA, CNA, EMT)

How you will spend your time as a Medical Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Provide direct patient care including vitals, lab work, medication administration (within scope), and follow-up support
• Assist with patient intake, triage (phone and walk-in), and care coordination
• Support providers with both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
• Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support behavioral health treatment plans
• Administer treatments, collect samples, and monitor patient conditions
• Handle scheduling, phones, prior authorizations, medication refills, and general front-office support
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and report any concerns promptly

Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Medical Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Active certification in one of the following:
  • CMA, RMA, CNA (with QMAP), EMT (Basic/Intermediate), or similar
• 2-3 years of healthcare experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS certification required
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly valued
