Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for Patient Visits: Review and update patient records before face‑to‑face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up‑to‑date.
• Maintain Exam Rooms: Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.
• Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid‑level provider when they are ready to be seen.
• Initial Medical Screening: Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.
• Assist During Exams: Support physicians or mid‑level providers during patient examinations.
• Efficient Use of Time: Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately. High degree of diplomacy and tact.
• Technical Skills: Beginner to intermediate computing and phone skills.
