Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant in Troy, NY to join their team. Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with compensation at $17.00-$22.00 per hour.

The position emphasizes patient flow, accurate charting, and collaboration with providers in a busy clinical setting. Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality are essential; prior medical experience and certification are preferred, and Allscripts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous medical/clinical experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, physicians/providers, managers and co-workers.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Experience with Allscripts is a plus!

Responsabilités

Our Capital Healthcare Associatesoffice is looking for a full-timeMedical Assistant to join their team! The hours are:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Document verbal conversations and information into the patient records in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. EKG, PFT, etc.).
• Assist providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
