We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our BV Clinics. Our clinics specialize in caring for adult and pediatric patients with Food & Environmental Allergies. Job Description

At our clinics, we treat patients suffering from Food & Environmental Allergies using innovative protocols. We are looking for team members with excellent patient care, phone, assessment, and triage skills to enhance our service quality.

Hours: Full-time; hours may vary based on patient flow.

Compensation: Market competitive wages based on experience and education.

Responsibilities

1. Provide direct patient care, including:

• Patient communication
• Handling phone calls
• Obtaining medical histories
• Performing lung function tests
• Placing and interpreting allergy skin tests
• Administering injections
• Facilitating oral challenges
• Assisting with procedures
• Patient education

Follow-up with patients, pharmacies, and insurance providers.

Perform administrative tasks such as restocking supplies, quality control, calibrating instruments, and sanitizing equipment.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Washington Medical Assistant license
• Experience with Allergy and Asthma preferred but not required
• BLS/CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
• Professional demeanor focused on accurate and efficient patient care
• Kind, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
