Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
Locations: Atlanta or Gainesville

We seek a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and help support sedation procedures and clinical operations in our pediatric-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental sedation procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding for both child and parent.
- Assist dental and anesthesia teams during sedation treatments.
- Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient consent forms.
- Monitor patients pre- and post-sedation and provide support during recovery.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment, following infection control and safety protocols.
- Manage documentation and electronic health records (EHR) accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Communicate clearly with families to provide pre- and post-operative instructions and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Previous experience in pediatric or dental sedation settings is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and their caregivers.
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, caring demeanor in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team.
