Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will assist providers with patient intake, documentation, and coordination of care, while performing MA procedures under supervision.

The role offers educational development, tuition reimbursement, safety resources, shift differentials, and loan forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months MA experience or completion of MA/Nursing Assistant program.
• Successful completion of Presbyterian MA Advanced Skills Training within 90 days of hire.
• BLS (AHA/Red Cross/ASHI) required.
• Maintains current emergency response trainings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patient for rooming and exam.
• Assist with clinical procedures under supervision.
• Administer medications and immunizations per MA scope.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Provide patient education and care coordination.
• Contribute to scribe duties after PMG scribe training.
• Support care team to meet clinic needs.
