This position requires working Monday through Friday at clinics in Canton, Middleburg Heights, Canfield, Fairlawn, and Erie.

Responsibilities

1. Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms; assist with forms.
2. Familiarize with clinic hardware and software, using according to policies.
3. Answer multi-line, multi-language phone lines.
4. Schedule appointments and handle patient needs.
5. Perform clerical tasks: copying, filing, faxing.
6. Maintain procedure rooms.
7. Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures.
8. Prepare patients, post-procedure instructions, and medication guidance.
9. Prepare IV solutions.
10. Apply sterile techniques and OSHA regulations.
11. Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• HS diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Assistant Certification.
