The Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls provides compassionate and professional long-term, skilled nursing care to veterans and spouses who cannot be cared for in their homes. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their designated locations while providing excellent customer service.

As a Driver at the Veterans Home you will:

• Safely operate various types of vehicles including vans, and buses to transport members
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned within the department

As a Driver you will possess/be willing to obtain:

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license
• A current CPR certification
• A DOT Medical Card
