Mindrift is seeking actively practicing MDs/DOs with an unrestricted US license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You’ll review cases across multiple systems and score reasoning quality, all while contributing on a flexible, project-based schedule.

Contributors review written cases with no patient contact and are license-verified; onboarding rewards apply and earnings are task-based at about $100/hr equivalent. Work from anywhere in the US as tasks arise.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active US medical license
• Board certification or residency with recent direct patient care
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with a question, proposed answer, and distractor across multiple medical domains
• Score vignette quality, accuracy, completeness, and whether the vignette leads to the correct answer
• Check reasoning chains and write short rationales; assess trap quality
• Work in three independent blind reads with physician adjudication
