Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. Contributions are flexible and project-based, with tasks estimated at around 10–20 hours per week while the project is active.

Reviewers are licensed physicians with no patient contact or malpractice exposure. Earnings are per approved task at about $100/hr, plus a $50 onboarding reward after first production task is approved.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active US license.
• Board certification or recent residency with direct patient care.
• Strong written English and multi-system clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation across multiple body systems.
• Score clinical reasoning quality and assess vignette accuracy and completeness.
• Provide short rationales and participate in physician adjudication rounds.
