Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing MDs/DOs with a US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review cases across multiple systems, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales.

Work is flexible and project-based, with tasks estimated at about 10–20 hours per week while active. Onboarding rewards of $50 are paid after first production task is approved, with higher pay for QA/adjudication tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be actively practicing US-licensed physician.
• Experience with internal/general medicine preferred.
• Strong written English (C1+) required.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical EHR vignettes and associated questions.
• Score vignette accuracy and completeness across tasks.
• Write short rationales and assess reasoning traces.
• Work within three blind reads plus physician adjudication.
