Job summary

The Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. team seeks a TA Medical Affairs Project Manager to lead end-to-end cross-functional execution for medical tactics within US ICP/IEP plans and launch readiness.

You will partner with asset leads, finance, and clinical teams to ensure timely delivery and budget alignment. The role requires a Bachelor's in STEM or business with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare project management, PMP or equivalent preferred, and experience applying Agile/Lean

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare project management experience.
• Experience applying cross-functional project management in Medical Affairs.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/Lean training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cross-functional execution of medical tactics from ICP/IEP plans for assigned TA portfolio.
• Monitor progress, identify delays/interdependencies, and implement mitigation actions to keep delivery on track.
• Maintain program documentation including action trackers and RAID logs for transparency and alignment.
• Prepare clear status updates and dashboards with risks, milestones, and decisions to support accountability.
