• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning for US Medicine in partnership with the US Medical Director and US Medicine Leadership Team.
• Define the portfolio of strategic priorities, outcomes, roadmaps and accountable owners.
• Establish leadership governance and decision architecture to prioritize work and maintain accountability.
• Advise the US Medical Director and senior leadership on enterprise implications, risks, dependencies, and investment trade-offs.
• Ensure leadership decisions translate into actions, ownership, and measurable outcomes across US Medicine.
