WebMD, LLC. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for Medscape to own client relationships, manage programme delivery, and drive client satisfaction across assigned accounts.

You will coordinate across Marketing, Product Development, Audience Generation, Content Development, and Outcomes and Insights, lead timelines for digital programmes, and translate client priorities into actionable plans with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management and/or project management in a digital/healthcare agency setting.
• Strong organization and deadline-driven work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with web-based document sharing sites and internal systems.

Responsabilités

• Support project execution across clients with kickoff, development, and updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Manage timelines for digital programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate client priorities to internal development teams.
• Track project implementation and use task management systems to stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot to meet client and internal expectations.
• Stay informed on client news and industry trends.
