Job summary

WebMD is seeking an experienced client services professional to join our Account Management team in Newark, NJ. You will lead day-to-day client partnerships, coordinate across departments, and ensure on-time delivery of our Medscape solutions. Strong communication, project management, and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital/agency and healthcare account management or project management.
• Experience in Medical Communications or Medical Affairs is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and multi-project prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Lead kickoff materials, client status reports, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely delivery of Medscape solutions aligned with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including on-site presence as needed.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency and revenue delivery across accounts.
• Mentor team members and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
